A fishing boat off the coast of Half Moon Bay, CA, capsized during rough weather on Sunday afternoon. The twenty foot boat had four passengers at the time, one of whom was rescued by another nearby fishing boat. The other three were pulled out of the water in a rescue mission by harbor master personnel. All four were unconscious at the time they were taken from the water and sent to  Seton Medical Center in Daly City.

Since arrival at the hospital, two of the victims have died. The other two remain hospitalized. No further information, including their names, has been released to the public yet.
