The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released an initial report on the accident involving an air plane and a Jeep .  As a result of the accident,  two people in the Jeep were killed.  The accident occurred at a private airstrip in Leon County.

The accident occurred on February 1st.  The initial report that was recently released did not contain any information that substantially changed the story or differed greatly from earlier reports.  The final report could take several months to conclude.

The plane was said to be going around 75 miles per hour and the Jeep was driving around 30-40 miles per hour when the wing of the plane clipped the Jeep.  The Jeep then veered off and slammed into some trees.  The pilot of the plane was uninjured in the accident. The ocupants of the Jeep were killed in the accident.
