What Should You Do After A Car Accident?

Disney Sued by Family of Girl Hurt During Ride

A British family has filed charges in the State Circuit Court in Orlando against Disney.  The charges stem from an accident in 2005 on the ride 'Tower of Terror'.

It is reported that the girl Leanne Deacon, 19, rode the 'Tower of Terror' ride seven times. On the last ride,  she suffered a stroke and then fell into a coma.  This caused brain to be damaged.  The accident has left the young girl with a damaged brain and limited mobility.

Disney and state officials investigated the ride after the incident and found no safety flaw.  The ride was initially closed after the accident but then was re-opened after the investigation.
