What Should You Do After A Car Accident?

Donte Stallworth Possibly Drunk Before Accident?

Posted on March 23rd, 2009 No Comments

Last week,  the Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth was involved in a fatal accident.  Stallworth hit a 59 year-old pedestrian as the pedestrian was heading home after work.

After the accident,  police officers gave a field sobriety test to Stallworth.  These tests are required if a vehicular accident occurs that results in the death.

Media reports are beginning to circulate that Donte Stallworth was legally intoxicated at the time of the accident.  After these reports began to surface,  Stallworth's arroney denied the reports and stated that his client was sober.  No official police statement has yet been issued on this case.
