On Thursday,  Donte Stallworth turned himself into a court.  Donte Stallworth is facing charges as a result of hitting and killing a pedestrian with his vehicle. Stallworth had a blood alcohol level that was above the legal limit when the accident occurred.

The judge has set an arraignment date of April 23rd.  Donte Stallworth will likely return to Cleveland to his home.  Terms have been setup to allow him to travel between Miami and Cleveland during this period,  but he will have to get permission for other travel.  

Stallworth has expressed nothing but regret for his actions and says that his prayers are with the family.
