Ninety-one passengers of an American Airlines plane en route from Miami to Kingston, Jamaica were injured when the plane overran the runway as it was landing.

According to reports, the Boeing 737 - which was carrying 148 passengers and six crew members - did not stop on the designated runway, crashed through a barrier fence and across a road before finally coming to a stop when it ran into a beach just past Norman Manley International Airport.  The 91 injured passengers were taken to Kingston Public Hospital, the Jamaica Observer reports.

The Florida Highway Patrol is currently investigating an accident that took place Sunday morning near Panama City.  

According to reports, a  dump truck landed on top of a pick-up truck which caused serious injuries to at least two individuals.  These two individuals needed to be taken to a hospital for treatment of their injuries.  The accident started when the driver of the truck attempted to avoid hitting another vehicle that was pulling out of a church.  The driver of the truck then struck the dump truck and the two vehicles stopped in a grassy median. 

The accident is currently under investigation and charges may be pending.

A North Carolina man has recently been killed in Florida Sunday afternoon after he was ejected from a SUV while riding passenger.  The SUV was involved in a roll-over accident which resulted in the man being ejected from the vehicle.   

The accident took place on Interstate 95 and was being investigated by Florida Highway Patrol. 

The man was a 23 year-old from North Carolina.  The driver over-corrected the SUV causing it to overturn.  The driver and passenger were ejected from the vehicle.  

Charges are possibly pending in this accident as the crash is still under investigation.

A fatal accident in Florida has recently taken place that claimed the life of a 32 year-old man.  The accident involved a single car and occurred Sunday morning. 

According to reports,  Sunday around 4:40 a.m. the man drove across the lanes of the road and into the shoulder of the road.  The driver lost further control and took the vehicle into an embankment.  At this point,  the vehicle flipped causing the serious accident to occur.

The vehicle stopped after it landed on its roof.  The driver was partially ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.  The accident is currently under investigation.
