A tour bus filled with senior citizens was struck by a car on Monday afternoon, killing two passengers and critically injuring three others. The bus had been chartered to transport the people on a tour of "Old Florida" when it was involved in the collision while heading north on Route 27. According to authorities, the car failed to yield to the bus, and instead collided with it, sending the bus onto the shoulder, where it overturned.
