A driver died in a car accident Saturday morning. According to police reports, the accident occurred on Interstate 295 in Jacksonville. 

The driver apparently was speeding when he lost control of his car. The vehicle spun off the road and hit a guardrail, causing the driver to be ejected from the vehicle. When medical officials arrived, the driver was pronounced dead and a passenger was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

A man was hit by a sports utility vehicle Friday night. According to police reports, the accident occurred in Nassau County on Crown Drive. 

The man apparently was standing next to his parked car when an SUV hit the man. When medical officials arrived, the man was taken to a nearby hosptial for treatment.

A elderly woman was killed in a car accident Tuesday. According to police reports, the accident occurred on Lane Avenue in Jacksonville. 

The woman apparently was driving through a stop sign when her car was hit from the side by another vehicle. When medical officials arrived, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene while the other driver did not sustain any injuries.

Three teens were seriously injured after the vehicle they were riding in crashed into a tree on Southwest 15th Avenue.

The 2003 Saturn was being driven by a 17-year-old driver when he lost control of his vehicle. The driver then slightly overcorrected his car and ran off the side of the road which caused the car to rotate and crash into a tree before finally coming to a stop. All three male teenagers suffered serious injury and were transported to Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
