New Law Hopes to Target Bad Drivers

by Administrator 4. January 2010 02:33

A new law has been setup to target drivers who have been involved in multiple vehicle accidents in a 36-month period. Individuals involved in three accidents in a 36-month period will have to take a driver improvement course and pass the course,  or they will lose their driver's license.

The new law went into effect on January 1st and it hopes to make the roads a safer place for Florida drivers. The law has come about as many individuals have been responsible for multiple accidents without any serious repercussions or learning from the incident.  The new law hopes to change the driving habits of bad drivers, or remove them from the roads if they do not change.
