At around 2 pm on October 8, twenty-six year old pop singer Britney Spears was involved in a mild car accident. Spear was being driven by a chauffeur when photographers trying to get a good shot of her collided with her car. Allegedly one car cut in front of her while another hit the back of her car. Damage to the vehicles was mild and no injuries were reported. Spears is scheduled to appear in court after hitting a parked car in August 2007.
