Charges Pending in Car Accident

by Administrator 3. April 2009 02:03

A 45 year-old mother could face charges as a result of a car accident that killed her 15 year-old daughter and injured two other individuals. The accident occurred around 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday night.

The daughter of the woman driving was killed in the accident after being ejected from the vehicle.  The girl was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident. Another passenger was in the vehicle at the time of the accident, and has been listed in critical condition.

Initial reports indicate that the woman made a left turn in front of the other car, which lead to the accident.
