A recent accident that took place Tuesday afternoon between two Jacksonville residents resulted in the two individuals being sent to the hospital.  According to reports,  the accident took place between a Chevrolet Aveo that was driven by a 35 year-old female,  and a Saturn Outlook that was driven by another female driver who was in her 40s. 

According to reports,   the driver of the Aveo failed to yield the right of way which led to the accident. The two individuals involved suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment and evaluation of their injuries.
