A resident from Jacksonville was recently killed in an out of state accident.  The Jacksonville resident,  a 52 year-old woman, was driving on a Louisiana highway when the accident occurred. 

According to reports,  a total of three people were killed and four others injured in the accident that involved two vehicles.  Authorities state that the vehicle driven by the Jacksonville resident crossed the center line and struck the other vehicle causing the accident.  

Drivers of both vehicles were killed in the accident as well as a passenger.  The victims in this accident were not wearing seatbelts.
