A 17 year-old teenager driver has been killed following an accident that took place Sunday morning.

The accident occurred when the teenager struck a disabled vehicle that was in the road.  The vehicle had been involved in an accident shortly before it became disabled.  The teenager driver slammed his vehicle into the disabled vehicle causing a serious accident.  The driver was killed on impact.  A passenger was in the vehicle and the time of the accident, and the passenger had to be taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries.  According to reports, the driver was speeding and not wearing a seatbelt.
