Unlicensed Teen Driver Hits 3 Year Old

by Administrator 23. February 2009 02:17

On Sunday, an unlicensed teen driver struck his 3 year-old nephew as he was moving a car for his family.  The boy was asked to move the car after the family had attended church service.

In the process of getting the car, the car went over the side-walk striking the 3 year-old boy and hitting a fence.  The young boys injuries are considered life threatening. Authorities are investigating the accident right now and no charges have been filed.  An initial investigation shows that the driver seat might have malfunctioned, causing the driver to be put in a reclined position causing the car to go out of control.
